Particularly with recruiters, this is a good thing as they will typically be very receptive to having a candidate who is exactly what their client is looking for. Recruiters will be amenable to working with you to bring out your most pertinent experience. They told their client, an employer, that they have the where with all to bring in highly qualified candidates. They are on the hook for a tier one candidate and they don't want to let that client down. If you deliver a resume that brings out your experience in light of what the employer is looking for then you will be on your way to an interview!
Again, recruiters will generally be willing to work with you on tailoring your resume! |
In sum, use your keyword enriched resume as bait to get the attention of recruiters and employers then bring out the gaff in the form of a bull's eye resume when it comes to getting them into the boat.
